What is a spell jar and how does it work?
A spell jar in general is a vessel which physically holds a spell, so that it can be passed on to and transferred to other users. This also allows the spell to be carried around and moved into the spaces which need them. My spell jars (and necklaces!) use herbs which are historically considered to fulfill the intention that they are being used for: such as roses for love, or peppermint for luck. The spell jars also incorporate candle magic with the seal. Each spell jar comes with a spell scroll detailing how your specific jar should be used, but generally, they are kept on your person or in your most-used living space (such as a living room, bedroom, or office).
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days, but generally are shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. Processing times are extended during November and December to accommodate higher volumes. Shipping times will vary depending on location and shipping speed chosen.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! I ship all over the globe. If I have not yet shipped to your country, you can send me a DM on Instagram for a discount on your order. If you are having issues checking out, please send me an e-mail or DM.
*What qualifies for free shipping?
Orders to the United States over $60 are eligible for free standard shipping. This does not include items that are fulfilled by print shops directly: mugs, photography and art prints, journals, clothing, and water bottles.
When are restocks?
Restocks generally happen on Fridays at 10 AM EST. They are announced via Lunar Apotheca's Instagram and Facebook stories. One item is restocked per week in limited quantities. Follow Lunar Apotheca on social media and turn on notifications to be alerted to restocks!
The color of my flower-filled item has faded! My herbs are settling! How do I care for my spell jars, necklaces, and amulets?
All herbs and flowers will fade in color over time when exposed to sunlight consistently. None of my handmade items should get wet, as the herbs and flowers inside will mold. Over time, the weight of the herbs will also of course settle and compress, leaving space at the top of the vessel. I am not liable for any of these natural changes. If cared for properly, your enchanted piece will last a long time! Note that just because the color has faded or the herbs have settled, this does not mean the item has lost its magic; It just means I am using fully natural products subject to change from the elements and to time itself.
