Steep Tissue Massage Herbal Tea

Steep Tissue Massage™ is a specially curated herbal blend meant for relieving muscle cramps, physical tension in the body, alleviating stress, and dealing with menstrual cramps. 

This blend is made from 100% organic ingredients, and features ingredients which are known to physically relax the body, reduce inflammation, fight sickness, and are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. It has a floral taste, and is great for unwinding any time of the day or enjoying before bed.

**This herbal, non-caffeinated tea comes loose-leaf, and you will need either a tea diffuser or a disposable tea bag in order to steep it.

This is enough for approximately 10 1-TBSP servings. I recommend 1 TBSP per 6 - 8 OZ of hot water for optimal enjoyment!
