**This herbal, non-caffeinated tea comes loose-leaf, and you will need either a tea diffuser or a disposable tea bag in order to steep it.
This is enough for approximately 10 1-TBSP servings. I recommend 1 TBSP per 6 - 8 OZ of hot water for optimal enjoyment!
