These handmade aromatherapy pillows are filled with a special herb blend, including lavender and chamomile, to calm and soothe the user. The scent of lavender instantly interrupts the fight or flight response, which is key to calming nerves and anxiety. Chamomile also helps to combat stress and relax the user.

Sleep with a sachet under your pillow to help with a peaceful night's rest, or keep it on you to take calming breaks throughout your day.

The sachets with hanging tabs can also be hung on your wall, in your car, or even with your clothes for a pleasant aroma.

Each blend is lovingly sewn with custom prints by Shana Bartlett from Art Decade Design, and more prints will be released in the future!

Pillow measures approximately 3x3 inches. Each order comes with one sachet. Note that washing these will destroy the scent.
